By using Grocsay, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. Use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Grocsay is intended for use by people employed in the grocery retail sector in Canada. By using the app, you confirm you are employed in this sector and are at least 18 years old.
Your account is identified only by a randomly generated screen name and avatar — no real name is collected or displayed. You agree not to attempt to reveal another user's real identity within posts or comments.
Grocsay has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You agree not to post content that:
Violating these rules may result in content removal, posting restrictions, or termination of access.
Posts and comments are automatically screened for offensive or harmful language before being published. Other users can report content they believe violates these terms. A post that receives enough reports is automatically removed, and the account that posted it is temporarily restricted from posting.
We reserve the right to remove any content or restrict any account that violates these terms, at our discretion.
Accounts automatically expire and are deleted 7 days after creation. Posts automatically expire and are deleted 4 days after being created. Grocsay provides no guarantee of permanent storage for any content.
Grocsay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content, and we are not liable for any disputes arising between users or between users and their employers.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. We may suspend or terminate access to the app for any user who violates these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
